The law requires you to keep your test or assessment scores, “together with any other records that are kept relating to the instructional and educational activities provided.” I further recommend that you also keep (K-8th) an annual “report card,” (list of “classes” and grades for each year) and, should you choose to homeschool through high school, a transcript (list of classes, grades, and credits) and a diploma (the certificate of completion).
